About
Brendon Kennedy
I'm a founder and systems builder in Newport Beach, California. My work and my curiosity point in the same direction: build the thing yourself, measure it honestly, and don't outsource the parts that matter.
Professionally, I run zsty, a digital infrastructure agency for high-risk and heavily regulated verticals — businesses that are locked out of Google and Meta ads and have to win on organic search and owned channels instead. I build and operate OpenClaw, the multi-agent AI system that lets me run that agency solo. More on all of it under ventures.
What this site is
This is my personal catalog. Away from the agency, I spend a lot of time reading research and running self-experiments, and I'd rather think in public than let it evaporate. Four threads run through it:
- Neuroscience & attention — the dopamine and executive-function science around ADD/ADHD, and what the evidence does and doesn't support.
- Metabolic health — sugar, alcohol, and how they show up in cognition and long-term risk.
- Fasting — prolonged (72-hour) fasting, autophagy, and apoptosis, read carefully and separated from the hype.
- Running — a weekly 2–4 mile log, scored against public activity guidelines, plus the SEO research I do for a living.
I try to cite everything, flag where evidence is thin or preclinical, and keep the personal stuff honest — including the parts I'm still struggling with.
